Austin Gomez: Founder & Lead Attorney
Proven Legal Expertise and Commitment to Justice
Austin earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he ranked in the top 10% of his class and graduated with magna cum laude honors. During law school, Austin completed a federal judicial internship with the Southern District of Florida. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida State University. This combination of business training and legal excellence gives him a unique perspective on problem-solving and advocacy, both in and out of the courtroom.
Austin built his career in litigation, handling complex, high-stakes disputes where precision and strategy determined the outcome. He now channels that experience into his personal injury practice, representing clients in car accidents, slip and falls, catastrophic injuries, and other negligence cases. By bringing a litigator’s eye for detail and a trial lawyer’s tenacity, he levels the playing field against powerful insurance companies and corporations.
In addition to personal injury, Austin advises clients in real estate and business law. He has drafted and negotiated operating agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate contracts, helping entrepreneurs structure their businesses for growth and protection. He also has hands-on experience in real estate transactions and closings, ensuring clients’ property interests are secured with the same diligence and care he brings to his litigation practice.
